Our mission

We saw a broken system.
We decided to fix it.

Nepal sends hundreds of thousands of workers abroad every year — powering Qatar's construction, Japan's care sector, Korea's factories. The remittances they send home are Nepal's largest economic inflow.

And yet the agencies that make this happen — all 1,000+ of them — are running on WhatsApp messages, paper files, and Excel sheets. No AI. No automation. No technology.

NEO AI exists to change that. We build the AI infrastructure these agencies never had, and the digital presence that helps them compete.

Our values

Build fast, build right

We ship working software, not presentations. Speed matters — but not at the cost of the people who depend on our systems.

Rooted in Nepal

Every decision we make is measured against one question: does this serve Nepal's workers, agencies, and families?

Radical transparency

We tell clients what we can and can't do. We tell our team what's working and what isn't. No spin.

Long-game thinking

We're building for 2035, not next quarter. Every product decision, every hire, every client relationship is made with that horizon in mind.

The people

Small team.
Unreasonable ambition.

We hire for curiosity first, skill second. Everyone here could work anywhere — they chose to build something that matters.
